Our early 1900s traditional clapboard home centrally located in a quiet neighborhood a mile from the beach and downtown, offers a serene atmosphere in a post-Victorian renovation. Meticulously detailed and open year round, our spacious and comfortable smoke-free accommodations include breakfast, a private entrance, queen size beds, private bath, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, air conditioning, cable TV, free WIFI, off street parking, and guest parlor with working fireplace. Choose among our two rooms, Autumn and December. Guests who book 'both' room find they have their own private getaway suite for their weekend or stay! Windsome celebrates its "20th Year Anniversary" in 2018 having served thousands of guests over the years!!

•Rooms are limited to double occupancy with exception for infants
•Check in time is generally mid to late afternoon but flexible and check out time is 11:00 am.
•Security deposit amount required (a valid credit card on file is required to secure your room).
•Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
•Sorry, we cannot accommodate guest pets.
•Limitations on children staying (Children welcomed with booking of both rooms but we are not able to provide childcare).
•Consumption of alcohol is permitted at your own risk (No alcoholic beverages are provided by innkeeper).

Payment Policy
We accept cash and most all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover). Credit card is required to confirm reservation.
Note: As of January 1, 2018 we no longer accept BedandBreakfast.com gift cards.
Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations: Cancellations prior to 14 days advance notice will be charged a $25 service fee. Cancellations 14 days or less to the beginning of your reservation date will be charged a 50% total lodging fee. If you need to cancel, please cancel PRIOR to 14 days of your reservation date!
