Todas las habitaciones incluyen: Balcon , terraza o patio privado.Con excepción de la standra plus que no cuenta con balcón ni terraza .
Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado con ducha, aire acondicionado , agua caliente y fría, limpieza diaria, jabón, champú, gel de ducha, caja fuerte (con deposito).
Servicios de cortesía: internet en WI-FI, toallas de playa (con deposito), camastros en la alberca sombrillas de palapa en el jardín, ducha exterior, electricidad 24 horas , seguridad las 24 horas.
El horario del recepcionista es de 8 a 21hs , luego podrá encontrar a nuestro servicio de noche , el cual no está autorizado a realizar devoluciones de depósitos etc .
Para hacer una reservación se debe adelantar el 100% de la estancia por:
Puede enviar los datos de la tarjeta de cerdito, nombre – número - fecha de vencimiento, solo VISA o MASTERCAD, como garantía y puede pagar en efectivo al momento del check-in. La garantía con tarjeta de crédito o débito es en Pesos Mexicano, al cambio de USD-M.P. del día en el hotel.
Tenemos un transporte privado del aeropuerto de Cancún hasta el Hotel en 125 USD por 1-2 personas.
Si quiere reservar necesitamos de la compañía aérea – número del vuelo – ciudad de salida – hora de llegada en Cancún.

RESERVACIONES & CANCELACIONES
• Para unas reservas se necesita una garantía del 100%,
• El pago con tarjeta de crédito es en peso Mexicano al tipo de cambio en uso en el Hotel.
• Para Navidad, 23/12/20xx - 07/01/20xx, se aceptan reserva por un mínimo de 7 noches.
• Se cargarán, 20.00 USD mas impuestos, por cada persona adicional en la Habitación, por noche.
• Las cancelaciones recibidas hasta 20 días antes de la llegada, si conservará el 100% del estancia,
• En el período DE NAVIDAD, las cancelaciones recibidas hasta 30 días antes de la llegada, vendrán retenido el 100% de la estancia.
• No hay devolución alguna respecto de las cancelaciones durante las vacaciones, y por enfermedad, la cancelación de vuelos, huelgas, conflictos laborales, actos de terrorismo, actos de guerra o de guerra declarada, los huracanes y cualquier inconveniente que esto pueda causar, o de otras condiciones climáticas.
• Los clientes que alquilan una habitación en el Hotel wishtulum, acepta y se compromete a cumplir con todos los términos y normas establecidas en el presente documento y de acuerdo a ser reembolsados de acuerdo con las cláusulas.
• Los servicios de “cortesía” no se garanticen.
• Los animales no se admiten
• Los precios son más 16% de IVA y del 3% de impuestos estatal.
El huésped reconoce que ha leído y acepta la política de cancelación de Hotel wishtulum.
