TheSouth Arm Retreats provides clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations on the south arm of Lake Charlevoix. Your room is a 5 minute walk from the beach at Tourist Park, and just a short drive to many popular northern Michigan cities and attractions. All rooms include 40 inch TV's with cable, free high speed WiFi, coffee maker, mini fridge, heat & AC. Single queen, double bed rooms and a family suite with king bed, full bed and bunk bed are available.

Check-out time is 10am.
No pets allowed with-out prior approval for a $10 nightly pet fee.

South Arm Retreats is not responsible for guest items left unattended in rooms.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund on reservations cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in.
Reservations not cancelled in time, or no shows, will be charged full price for the first night of their stay.
