This first-floor Family bedroom (for our American guests, this means upstairs, not the ground floor, on street level) would suit a couple or a family with up to four members, or a group of four friends. The room has a king size double bed and one single bed, with a pull out second single or alternatively can be four singles beds. The room can be made up to suit your personal requirements. There is an en-suite shower room and separate WC and comfortable seating area. Also included is complimentary tray with various teas, coffee, etc for your convenience. PAYMENTPOLICY: Unless we specifically agree otherwise a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance due paid in advance on arrival. We accept most major credit and debit cards but a levy of 2% will be applied to the transaction in order to cover the processing charges imposed on us. THIS INCLUDES DEBIT CARDS.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 7 days before your date of arrival we will not make a charge and refund any deposits paid. If you cancel after that and we are able to re-let your room we will make a charge of 40% of the total cost of the first night’s accommodation. If we are unable to re-let your room we will charge you for the full rate of your stay.
