Our Premier Rooms are our larger bedrooms. One Premier double bedroom is on the first-floor (for our American guests, this means upstairs, not the ground floor at street level) and the other Premier double bedroom is located on the second floor. Both these bedrooms face the courtyard garden at the back of the house. There is an en-suite shower room and and comfortable seating area in both bedrooms. Also included is complimentary tray with various teas, coffee, etc for your convenience. A hairdryer, alarm clock, iron and ironing board are also available in each bedroom.

Payment Policy
PAYMENTPOLICY: Unless we specifically agree otherwise a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance due paid in advance on arrival. We accept most major credit and debit cards but a levy of 2% will be applied to the transaction in order to cover the processing charges imposed on us. THIS INCLUDES DEBIT CARDS.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 7 days before your date of arrival we will not make a charge and refund any deposits paid. If you cancel after that and we are able to re-let your room we will make a charge of 40% of the total cost of the first night’s accommodation. If we are unable to re-let your room we will charge you for the full rate of your stay.
