This is our Premier TWIN bedroom on the second floor. There is an en-suite shower room and and comfortable seating area. Included in the room is complimentary tray with various teas, coffee, etc for your convenience. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available in the room. This set up as a TWIN BEDDED room, but can also be made up into a DOUBLE bed - PLEASE BE SURE TO CONFIRM YOUR PREFERENCE ON CONFIRMATION.

Payment Policy

PAYMENTPOLICY: Unless we specifically agree otherwise a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance due paid in advance on arrival. We accept most major credit and debit cards but a levy of 2% will be applied to the transaction in order to cover the processing charges imposed on us. THIS INCLUDES DEBIT CARDS.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 7 days before your date of arrival we will not make a charge and refund any deposits paid. If you cancel after that and we are able to re-let your room we will make a charge of 40% of the total cost of the first night’s accommodation. If we are unable to re-let your room we will charge you for the full rate of your stay.
