Payment Policy
When booking a room at Trieste Neve Tzedek, a valid credit card number must be provided, the credit card must be valid at least one week after the date of departure from the hotel.
You will be charged for the reservation three days before check-in using the registered credit card
The registered credit card details will be kept up to 7 days after check-out.
If there is damage or injury to the property and/or the contents of Trieste Neve Tzedek, you will be notified and charged to the registered credit card accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
We require a cancellation notice of 7 days before your planned arrival, otherwise we will charge a cancellation fee as detailed below.
Cancellation fees:
* 50% of your total amount will be charged if you notify us of your cancellation 6 days before your scheduled arrival.
* 100% of your total amount will be charged if you notify us of your cancellation 48 hours before your scheduled arrival or on your scheduled arrival date or no-show.
