It is assumed that any person using this website affirms that he/she has read and agrees to the contents of the terms and conditions contained herein, neither he/she nor anyone acting on his/her behalf will make any claim or demands against the website or to Trieste/ its owners or anyone working for or through Trieste directly or indirectly.
The owners of Trieste are the owners of the websites listed above. Use of the website is for personal use only and for the purpose of booking suites at Trieste. We the owners ask that you do not copy, photocopy, print or publish the information or any part of the information on this website, without receiving prior consent directly from the owners of Trieste.
Please feel free to share our website's address with friends or "share," our Facebook posts.
Do not make any changes or alterations to the information on this website or our various social media pages, do not falsely advertise or do anything to affect the accuracy of the information on this site and do not assume to represent Trieste on any platform, or do anything to affect the reputation or credibility of Trieste and/or our staff.
Trieste may change the conditions for suite reservations and the prices of the packages at any time.
Trieste may change the terms and conditions of the site without providing the user with advance notice. Trieste will post the new terms and conditions on the site and they will take effect from the time of posting.
2. Risks and Responsibilities
Any person using this website confirms that he/she understands that use of this website involves risks, due to the fact that it is on the internet, any person using the website takes their own responsibility for use of the site and the internet, and any information supplied through the site.

Trieste and its owners are not responsible for adapting the information on the website to the user's needs.

3. Reserving a suite at Trieste
This site is to be used only for the purpose of reserving, ordering and purchasing suites and services at Trieste, and/or for receiving information.
Reservations of suites can be made through this website's booking page at any time, or reservations can be made by telephone +972-50-9566956 between 8:00 and midnight Israel time. Reservations for Brides and BabyMoon must be made by phone in order to allow for confirmation of special details. We do not except brides for Friday weddings.
Reservations made through the website are binding.
When making a reservation at Trieste a legal id number or passport number, credit card numberand details, full name, email address, telephone number and the number of guests who will be staying in the suite must be given, no reservation may be finalized without this information unless otherwise agreed upon with the owners of Trieste.
The owners of Trieste and/or any of its staff and/or anyone acting on their behalf are not responsible for any error made by the user of the site when entering details of their purchase, including errors in the choice of suite, date, number of guests and any other service that may be ordered by the user through the site, nor are they responsible in any way directly or indirectly in the event that the details of the purchase are not recorded in the system and/or for any technical and/or other problem which prevents the user from purchasing services through this site.
Users of the site should know that it is a criminal offense to provide false information, and legal proceeding may be taken against such users who may provide false information.
Guests must be able to produce a legal ID upon request.
Guests may pay in cash, credit, and check or by PayPal, but still are required to provide a valid credit card number in case of emergency or damages.
The guest's credit number stays in file for 7 days after the guest checks out of Trieste.
Trieste reserves the right to charge a deposit fee in order to confirm a reservation, any deposit fees will be charged to the credit card on file and guest will be notified of any such fee by email or phone.
Guests will be charged for their reservation upon checking in to Trieste.
Any extras that were not ordered in the original reservation will be charged in addition to the amount paid on check in, and will be charged upon receiving said extras.
The user confirms that he/she is aware that on providing details of their purchase that he/she will be included in Trieste's database. Trieste will be entitled to use the details of said purchase for the purpose of improving its services for the users of the site and for making contact with the user through postal mail, electronic mail and any other method of communication.
Prices published on the website can be viewed in any currency, but are founded on our base prices which are in Israeli Shekels.
Residents of Israel will be charged the posted price with the addition of VAT, as required by law.
5. Arrival, Room Check-in and Check-out:
Check in to Trieste is at 14:30 or later, any request to check in earlier must be approved by Trieste beforehand and may be subject to extra charge. Guests must notify Trieste or its owners of their estimated arrival time at Trieste. One of the Trieste staff will meet you at Trieste upon arrival. Check out of Trieste is a 12:00 or earlier, any late checkout must be approved by Trieste beforehand and may be subject to extra charge, if you do not check out at the agreed time, Trieste may charge you extra without notifying you.
No additional guests may stay at Trieste above the number stated in the original reservation, without the advance consent of Trieste staff. Bringing extra guests is subject to additional payment.
Any extra adult Guests, extra referring to anyone over the 2 adults included in room rate, staying at Trieste will be charged 100 ILS a night, or 150 ILS a night including breakfast. Any extra children will not be charged, except for breakfast if desired, a fee of 60 ILS.
At Trieste we are pet friendly, but even so, no pets are to be brought to Trieste without first informing us at Trieste, so that proper arrangements can be made.
No smoking is permitted inside Trieste, with the exception of the gardens, decks and terrace.
No parties or loud music or other loud noises are to be made after midnight, Neve Tzedek is a residential area and anyone staying at Trieste agrees to respect our neighbors and our neighborhood.
7. Taking good care of Trieste Neve Tzedek
Anyone using the website or staying at Trieste takes responsibility for himself/herself and anyone staying with him/her under the same reservation, to take good care of Trieste and all its facilities, and not to cause damage to Trieste and its facilities, intentionally or unintentionally, including all items in Trieste.
Anyone using the website or staying at Trieste acknowledges that in the event of any damages or property missing from Trieste, he/she will be notified and the credit card that we have on file will be charged accordingly.
On reserving a room at Trieste Neve Tzedek a valid credit card number must be provided, the credit card must be valid at least a week after the date of checking out of the hotel.
You wil be charged for your full reservation upon checking in to Trieste Neve Tzedek to the credit card on file or other payment method of your choice from the following: other credit card, cheque or cash.
Any extras purchased over the course of your stay that weren't part of your original reservation will be charged upon ordering said extras to the credit card on file or other payment method of your choice from the following: other credit card, cheque or cash.
The credit card details on file will be saved up to 7 days after you check out.
If you damage, steal or harm the property and/or contents of Trieste Neve Tzedek you will be notified and charged to the credit card on file accordingly.
We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will charge a cancellation fee as below. Up to 48 hours before arrival time there is an option to convert a reservation to a gift certificate without incurring cancellation fees.
* 30% of your total amount will be charged if you notify us of your cancellation 14 to 8 days before your scheduled arrival.
* 70% of of your total amount will be charged if you notify us of your cancellation 7 to 2 days before your scheduled arrival.
* 100% of your total amount will be charged if you notify us of your cancellation 48 hours before your scheduled arrival or on your scheduled arrival date or No show.
