Group bookings maybe subject to deposits anytime after the booking is made.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are in accordance with the booking company you have made the booking with. Bookings which made directly with the hotel or directly on Woodside Lodge website can be cancelled seven days from date of arrival otherwise full payment will be deducted for the whole booking. Cancellations are valid only after the guest has received written confirmation from Woodside Lodge that the booking has been cancelled. It is the responsibility of the guest to make sure that they have received their cancellation confrimation otherwise guests will be charged for the booking in full.
Advance Rate and Non-Refundable bookings are charged any time after the booking is made and are subject to full payment. Cancelations and changes to Advance rate bookings are subject to the full booking payment without refunds.
