All room rates are subject to: 10% VAT , 5% Housekeeping Gratuities, 6% Tourism Taxes

All rooms are non-smoking. If guests are caught smoking in the villa there will be a $500 fine.

The standard number of guests in our one bedrooms is 2. If there are additional guests there will be a fee of $35 per person.

Any incidentals during the stay will be charged to the credit card details given at check in. There will be an additional hold of $100 per night added to your room at check in.

Money, jewelry and other valuables brought to EMBRACE Resort are at guests' own risk. EMBRACE Resort accepts no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage and guests hereto remain solely responsible. Though EMBRACE Resort rarely ever has issues with loss or damage, all rooms have safety boxes available free of charge to avoid any incidents.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in time is 3:00PM-5:30PM
Check out time is 11:00AM.
Late check out up until 1PM is available at the cost of $100.00 based on availability.
Late check out after 1PM will be charged a full night.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Any cancellation within 15-30 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation within 8 - 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation within less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged at full amount.
-Late arrivals or early departures are non-refundable.
-Any guest room reservation confirmed , but not claimed on the day of arrival (no show), will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
-Any decrease in length of stay within 7 days before arrival will be 100% charged.

COVID Related issues that lead to cancelation such as (contracting COVID, closed borders) will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to take a deposit of 50% upon confirmation and the balance of the reservation on arrival.
