Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Check-In is after 1:00 pm and Check-Out before 1:00 pm for early check in and late checkout apply additional charges. All the visitors have to show their official ID in order to register as a guest.

A) Equipment Suites Standard
All suites feature:

· Suite adapted for 2 persons, only 1 queen bed
· Non-smoking rooms by official law, the guest could be punished economically if he smokes at the room.
· Integral equipped kitchenette.
· Living room
· TV
· Safe inside the room
· Internet Wi-Fi

B) Cleaning
· Sundays and holidays no maid service.
· Change of blankets: Mondays and Thursdays

C) Reception and security:
· Reception 24 hrs.
· Vigilance 24 hrs.
· All visitors must register at reception and access will be provided as long as the guest authorized.
· It is not allowed access to vendors or fast food deliverers
* Access to any kind of visitors are not allowed after 10:00 PM

D) No parking spaces ara available

E) COMMON AREAS
• Jacuzzi
• Gym
* Roof Top
• Laundry center

Only the guests can use the common areas, it is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages at the common areas for your safety and smoke in all the building if somebody do not respect the rules “Suites Capri Reforma Angel” may impose financial penalties.

F) PETS

· It is not allowed any kind of pet inside the rooms

G) CONDITIONS

-The Extra person charge and / or bedding is $ 200.00 pesos (plus taxes), up to 3 people per suite. The 3rd. Person generate extra charge.
- Payment must be done at the check in time. Rates are not refundable and not commisionable.
Is not included in the rent payment: telephone calls, dry cleaning services and damage to the room and / or furniture.
-All Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Any changes or cancellation may be received by 24:00 hrs. before. the date of arrival;
-All guest has 3 calendar days of your rental payment to request your bill, only stays current month and previous are not billed.
-You authorize Suites Capri to contact you via email to see if you would like to review your stay.

Payment Policy

The payment of the accommodation must be made at the time of check in or previously by bank deposit and / or electronic transfer. Non refundable and not commisionable rates.

For payments with corporate cards it is necessary to send by email reformaangel@suitescapri-mexico.com letter authorization to perform the corresponding charge together with ID of the holder of the plastic.

Cancellation Policy

Any change or cancellation can be received 24:00 hrs. Before the date of arrival;

Rates are not refundable.
