The rates indicated in your reservation includes 16% VAT and 3.5% ISH per room per night and have been calculated in US dollars (USD) with the exchange rate in effect on the day of the reservation date. Payment must be made with the exchange rate published on the date of the reservation IN MXN. Rates and taxes are subject to variations due to fluctuations in exchange rates from the date of the reservation and could affect the total price of the room.

Payment Policy

REFUNDABLE RATES
48 hrs. before your Check in you can cancel the reservation without cost, after these 48 hrs. you have to pay the total stay.
In case of not being approved the credit card , the reservation will be considered as not guaranteed and will be canceled at 6:00 pm to the next day.
NO SHOW
If the guest does not show up at the hotel, the "No Show" charge will be applied to the entire stay.

Cancellation Policy

REFUNDABLE RATES, 48 hrs. before your check in you can cancel without cost, after these 48 hrs. you have to pay the total stay.
