The Casería de Comares Apartment complex was designed with those people in Granada looking for a quiet, spacious and well-connected space with all the accesses that lead to each of the different places of interest that our province offers. It is located in a privileged location, next to the Palacio de Deportes and very close to the Campus de la Salud, nestled in a very quiet place with easy access to Sierra Nevada, La Alhambra, the Alpujarras, the Costa Tropical, the historic center of the city.

Families who travel with their children and want to keep them in their family environment were especially taken into account, so we have a large closed space, with a swimming pool, green areas and a garage.

The apartment complex is made up of two apartment buildings, and a central colonial-style building listed by the Granada City Council, where the offices and other facilities are located. The apartments are all equipped with hot water and air conditioning. They are distributed in bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen.
