Thank you for choosing Cowboys & Angels Retreat. We want you to relax and enjoy your stay with us. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we ask that you please observe the following policies and courtesies during your stay. Please read carefully.

* Check - in 3:00-6:00
*Check - Out 10:30
*We have quiet hours on the property from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
*Speed limit on the main road and Camp Trail is 15mph.
*Our swimming pool is open 10:00am-10:00pm, but is not attended by a lifeguard. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please only wear a swimsuit when using the pool, and shower before entering.
* Our hot tub is open from 10:00am-11:00pm, but is for guests 21+ only.
*We ask that all guests under age 14 be supervised by an adult on all areas of the property, including the pool, to insure their safety and enjoyment.
*Pets should be leashed at all times outside of cabins or tents. Please pick up after them. Cabins require a $50 pet cleaning fee at the time of booking.
*Dirt bikes and ATV’s are not permitted on the property.
*Hunting is prohibited on the property
*Fireworks and firearms are not permitted on the property.
*We are on well water - PLEASE conserve water.
*Washing of motorcycles, cars or RV’s is not permitted as we are on well water.
* We are on a septic system - PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.
*We do have wildlife on the property; please put all trash in designated areas and do not leave food out for the animals.
* We have tried to leave the retreat a natural habitat. Walk with caution on trails outside of cabin and pool areas.
* We have firewood available for a small fee. Firewood collection is prohibited.

The cabins on our property are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is permitted around campsites and RV sites that are rented by guests, but we ask that you dispose of all butts and related cartons or paper in the trash receptacles provided.

PETS
We do allow pets in certain cabins, please contact us for your pet reservation.
**There is an additional pet fee of $50 per booking for pets visiting Cowboys and Angels
* When arriving with your pet, please check in at the main house so we can provide you with our Pet Policy Agreement, and then you and your pet can make yourselves at home.
*Be sure to keep your pets on a leash or in a carrier if they’re outside your cabin
* Pets (s) shall remain within your control at all times, either on a leash or in a carrier. We want your pets to be comfortable so please bring a bed or kennel for them. Additionally, as a courtesy to future guests please do not let your pets on the furniture or beds in cabins at any time.
*Please clean up after your pets on our property. We can provide you with waste bags if necessary.

*** If your cabin requires excessive cleaning, or if damages are incurred , then Cowboys and Angels reserves the right to charge, and may charge for additional services and/or repairs.
***Failure to comply with our policies may result in an additional fee. Disorderly conduct may result in removal from the property.

*** We agree that all reservation confirmations can be sent via email and via text message to the contact information on the reservation.

We have read the above policies and agree to follow them while visiting Cowboys and Angels Getaway. By signing this we also agree to hold Cowboys and Angels free from liability for injuries due to negligence or neglect of policies, and that we fully understand safety precautions necessary on the property.

Políticas de pago

Cowboys and Angels accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and Discover for payments. We also accept American Express with a 5% surcharge. Charges will be assessed at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made for payment.

***Split payments for stays require prior approval and are subject to fees.

**Any changes made to reservations 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to an administrative fee and possible upgrade fee.

**Must have a valid credit card to confirm reservation

Política de cancelación

All cancellations made to a reservation two weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus all applicable taxes and fees.

Guests cancelling a reservation can however choose a voucher coupon for their stay to use for a future date in lieu of a refund.

**Guests cancelling reservations less than two weeks prior to arrival may choose a voucher coupon but do not qualify for a refund.
