Rock Port Cabins & Motel is a quiet boutique cabin themed Motel .located right on highway 136 just 2.5 miles off of I29 exit 110 in Rock Port Missouri. We are only 60 minutes South- East of Omaha Nebraska or 90 miniutes from Kansas city. Our tranquil property was renovated and re-opened in March of 2017, This property boasts .
15 units ! ranging from a standard single and double rooms with kitchenette to a Studio units with 2 kings and 2 twin beds!! Or 1 king and 1 twins...We also have smaller single queen standalone cabins . All units are equipped with a kitchens or kitchenettes.
All units feature Smart TVs guest can access there own netflix or hulu accounts. Free Wifi! Programable coffee makers , cook top,electric skillets,and crock pots ,cooking and eating utensils. Everything you need to prepare food (except food- grocery store directly across the street!) , Units include bedding, Towels-wash cloths etc Onsite laundry facilities!
All units are non smoking . Smoking's areas outdoors.. Outdoor courtyard includes. 5 charcoal grills? 2 Fire Pits 5 extra large picinic tables!

This charge will occur in 48 hours of departure to the credit card that secured the room reservation.
Notification and a detailed bill will be text or emailed to information provided at time of booking.
Stolen or damaged items pricelist; Comforters $139.99. sheet set $89.99 ,mattress encasement $69.99 .towel $18.00 washcloths/hand towels $6.00 each. Atomizer $49.99, electric skillet $39.99 ,coffee pot #49.99 2 burner cooktop $49.99. this also includes stained or uncleanable linens. standard room cleaning does not apply.

**Attention all guests ~ We do not enter a room or cabin when guest are here for multiple days unless requested by the guest.

We all have to do our part to save this earth . This is one of your parts. To cut down on excessive laundering and cleaning chemicals used to operate this facility.
We kindly request you hang and reuse your bath towels for as long as you are able .!

Please note: housekeeping for extended stay guests is done once a week. Bedding and towels are exchanged and light standard housekeeping,
Do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can do to assist!
There is always extra amenities in the laundry facilities for guest access. Code is text the day of arrivial linens, towels, toilet paper etc. between those days !

Rates quoted are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for extra people and will apply only to rooms booked as part of this reservation.

The taxes, service charges and value added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.

Sales taxes are required on all reservations essential than 30 days.
* if 30 days paid in fl (no sales taxes)
* If paid weekly. Sales taxes are charged for the first 4 weeks,then on the 5th week the paid sales taxes will be credited towards the 5th week invoice. Then no sales taxes will be charged for the remainder of consecutive stay dates.

We require that all cancellations be made prior to 14 days prior to your stay.  If any cancellations are made within that 14 day period, you will only receive 50% refund of your booking amount. 
If your cancelation is received less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, there will be zero refund, this Included booking on line ,over the phone,or in person..

We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations . Permanent band from the property where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.  We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations ,there will be No Refunds will be given in this case. Unless it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
*We are not responsible for online errors and reserve the right to cancel with zero refund.. we are not responsible for accidents. If damages ,missing items or excessive cleaning is requires the guest will be charged appropriately.
