Children are only allowed if they are supervised at all times by a resposible adult
Breakfast is not included in your reservation

Single rooms only allow two (2) people per room. In the case of double rooms we only allow four (4) people per room. We appreciate your cooperation.
In case the guest wants to enter his room before the check-in time, he will be charged $400 MXN per room for each extra hour, with a maximum of two (2) hours. For cleaning and sanitization reasons, no room can be delivered before 1:00 pm.
Check out time is at 11:00 AM. In case of leaving after this time, a charge of $400 MXN PER ROOM FOR EACH EXTRA HOUR, with a maximum of three (3) hours, will be charged. After the third (3rd) hour you will be charged a full extra night rate.
Your room keys will be given to the reservation holder at check-in. If you lose your room key, a fine of $500 MXN will be charged.
We remind you that the Limbo Hotel Boutique accepts only one dog per room of up to 5kg, If your dog exceeds this limit access to the facilities will be denied. A deposit of $1,000 MXN will be requested at the time of check-in, which will be returned to you at the time of check out after verifying that there is no damage done to the facilities.
Payment Policy
Depending on the prepaid rate you have booked, prepayment of the full amount may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations we ask you to notify us in writing two weeks before to refund up to 85% of your booking.
Otherwise a "gift voucher" can be provided with an open date for the room(s) and the number of nights paid.
The gift voucher is valid for six months if it is one night, one year if more than one night.
