Check-in and Check-Out Information:
• You will be emailed a confirmation automatically upon completing your reservation. If you have a Gmail address, check your spam folders. If you do not receive a confirmation, email us at reservations@haleohu.com.
• Our three (3) B&B rooms are located in the green building next to the parking lot. Each room has a private entry and is well marked. There is also a directional sign on the front of the green building (facing the parking lot).
• Check-in is from 3 to 5 p.m. for an in-person check-in. The Reception Desk is located on the lanai/porch at the main house/owner's residence (75 feet from the parking area).
• After 5 p.m., only self-check-in is available. Self-check-in instructions are posted on the green building.
• Check-out is 11 a.m. Information about check-out, including Express check-out, is posted on the back of your room's door.

B&B Policies:
• Each room is limited to two adults only. We cannot accommodate additional occupants including children. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed at this adults-only property.
• We are a non-smoking property. Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed in the room, on the patio or in the garden area. This policy is enforced with a $250 fee, so that we can provide a smoke-free environment to all guests.
• As a small destination property, cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Be sure to review your confirmation for the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation fees if your travel plans change.
• Reservation must be paid in full prior to arrival date.

For reservations booked directly with Hale 'Ohu :
• No deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The full reservation amount will be processed seven (7) days before arrival with the credit card provided when booked. This payment is non-refundable.
• Invalid credit card will result in cancellation.

Reservations made via a third party online travel agency such as Expedia or Booking.com, please refer to the deposit/pre-payment policy outlined on those sites.

Politique d'annulation

For reservations booked directly with Hale 'Ohu:
• Guests may cancel eight (8) days or more before the arrival date with no penalty.
• Cancellations received seven (7) days or less before your arrival date will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.

Reservations made via a third party online travel agency such as Expedia or Booking.com, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined on those sites.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.
