Términos y condiciones

Check-in Information:
• Hale ‘Ohu is a small three-room bed & breakfast, not a full service hotel.
• B&B rooms are located in the green building next to the parking lot. Office/reception is located at the main house (75 feet from parking lot). The office is not staffed after 6 p.m.
• Check-in is from 3 to 6 p.m.
• Self-Check-in/Contactless Check-in: If your plans do not allow you to arrive between 3 and 6 p.m. or you would prefer Self-Check-in, please email reservations@haleohu.com for instructions.
• Arrivals after 6 p.m.: Go to the Office where Self-Check-in instructions are posted.
• Early Check-in: Due to COVID-19 procedures, we are unable to accommodate early check-in requests. However, we can store luggage with advance notice.
• Identification and a credit card will be required upon check-in.

B&B Policies:
• Each room is limited to two adults only. We cannot accommodate additional occupants including children. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed at this adults-only property.
• The room has one queen bed. Cots or rollaway beds are not available.
• We are a non-smoking property. Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed in the room, on the patio or in the garden area. This policy is enforced, so that we can provide a smoke-free environment to all guests.
• As a small destination property, cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Be sure to review your confirmation for the cancellation policy you agreed to at the time of booking.

Breakfast:
• A tropical in-room continental breakfast is included in the room rate and is placed in your room’s refrigerator, so that you can enjoy at your leisure the next morning.

COVID-19 Information:
• Visit the State of Hawaii COVID-19 website at https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel for pre-test information to avoid the mandatory 10-day quarantine.
• Our property is not able to accommodate guests that must quarantine.

Políticas de pago

For reservations booked directly with Hale 'Ohu :
• No deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The full reservation amount will be processed seven (7) days before arrival with the credit card provided when booked. This payment is non-refundable.

Reservations made via a third party online travel agency such as Expedia or Booking.com, please refer to the deposit/pre-payment policy outlined on those sites.

Políticas de cancelación

For reservations booked directly with Hale 'Ohu after 15 January 2021:
• Cancellations received eight (8) days or more before arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellations received seven (7) days or less before arrival: No refund. Total amount of reservation will be forfeited.

Reservations made via a third party online travel agency such as Expedia or Booking.com, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined on those sites.

Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment.

**We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellation fees if your travel plans change. **
