Terms and Conditions for Hotel Reservations

By making a reservation at our hotel, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject any reservation for any reason at any time.

Rates
Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and quoted per night. Rates do not include taxes, service fees, parking fees, or other applicable charges, which will be charged separately. We reserve the right to modify rates at any time without prior notice.

Deposit
We may require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the total payment for the hotel stay. If a deposit is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and modification of reservations may be subject to fees. We recommend that you carefully review our cancellation policy when making a reservation. We may modify reservation dates as long as they are available.

Check-in and Check-out
Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed depending on availability and is subject to additional charges.

Guest Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully toward hotel staff and other guests. Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms or public areas. Any damage caused by the guest to the hotel room or property will be charged to their account.

Pet Policy
We may allow pets in our rooms as long as certain requirements are met and an additional fee is paid. We recommend that you review our pet policy before making a reservation.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the hotel be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income or profits, loss or damage to data or information, or any other similar damages resulting from the use or inability to use our hotel.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these reservation terms and conditions at any time. We recommend that you periodically review this page to stay informed of any changes.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state where the hotel is located, and any dispute related to these terms and conditions shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of such jurisdiction.

Payment Policy

Non-Refundable Policy
100% of the stay will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation.

Flex Bar, Early Booking
The card will be pre-authorized for the amount of the first night. 100% of the stay is paid at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Policy
No changes or cancellations are allowed.

Flex Bar in Low and Medium season
The first night will be charged in case of cancellation up to 48h before check-in.

Flex Bar High season
A penalty of 2 nights will be charged in case of cancellation 15 days before check-in.

Early Booking
The first night will be charged in case of cancellation up to 15 days before check-in.

No-Show
100% of the stay will be charged.
