Terms & Conditions

1. General rules
- These rules govern the relationship between Tropical Casa Laguna and guests in their hotel activities.
- Registration of accommodation at the hotel is carried out based on identification documents (passport or other identification documents, in the prescribed manner).
- HOTEL services 24/7, check out before noon.
- Check-in after 15:00. Check out before 12:00
- Children under 7 years stay free of charge without extra bed in the room with parents. Children over 7 years old are charged, provided an extra bed, subject to the availability of this type of room.
- Guests who are not residents of the hotel can visit the area from 8:00 АМ to 7:00 PM, registration is required. The pools, grounds, and additional services are charged extra (10$US per person). Stay after 10:00 PM is charged 100$ US according to the valid pricelist.
In order to ensure Your safety and security, Guest is given a Parking ticket, which must be placed on the windshield. Lost or damaged parking ticket is fined $ 20. The guest must return the parking ticket to the front desk upon check-out. Please note this fact and treat it with all due respect and responsibility.
- A plastic bracelet Tropical Casa Laguna is required for admission to the hotel complex. The bracelet must be kept throughout the stay and returned to the front desk upon checkout. In case of loss of the bracelet, you must immediately inform the reception to receive a new one for an additional charge. It is forbidden to transfer the bracelet to third parties.
- The hotel guest cannot transfer the room to third parties, even within the period paid by the guest.
- Room cleaning is done every other day from 10:00 to 17:00 . Towels are changed every cleaning, bed lining - every second cleaning. If you place a Do Not Disturb card on the door handle outside your room, the maid will clean your room later or the next day. If you need cleaning at a specific time, please inform the reception in advance. If you need additional cleaning, please contact the reception. This service is charged according to the hotel price list.
- In order to preserve nature, water heaters are equipped with solar panels. To use hot water, you need to wait about 5 minutes after turning on a tap or shower. Thank you for your patience.
2. Booking and cancellation policy
- For guaranteed reservations, a prepayment of 50% of the cost for the staying period before arrival is required.
- In the event that the Guest resorted to a guaranteed reservation, but did not use the hotel services and did not cancel the reservation in a timely manner (30 days in advance), an advance payment of 100% of the full cost under the application DOES NOT REFUND.
- Payment for services is made in cash at the hotel cash desk, international or national card (debit or credit), to the current account.
- In the case of non-receipt of funds to the hotel’s bank account (when paying by bank transfer), the Guest must pay for their stay in cash.
- Payment for hotel accommodation will be charged according to the approved price list. In case of delayed check-out or early check-in, payment for accommodation will be charged in the following order:
check-in from 08:00 AM to 3:00 PM - 50% of the room price;
check-out from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM- 50% of the room price;
- The administration guarantees the stay of the guests at the hotel for a paid period. Extension of stay is subject to availability on informing the reception.
- In case of early check-out, the prepaid amount for accommodation DOES NOT REFUND.
3. For security reasons, it is prohibited to:
- leave unauthorized persons in the room and give them the room keys;
- store flammable materials, weapons;
- accommodate with animals;
- smoking in hotel rooms, the corridor and on the stairs is prohibited. Violation fined US $ 50;
- be in a hotel in an alcoholic or drug intoxication;
- disturb the peace of other hotel guests. Holding parties in the hotel complex is prohibited. No loud music from 10 PM to 9 AM;
- change the interior of the hotel, remove and rearrange the furniture in the room;
- in case of damage or loss of bed linen and towels, the guest will be charged according to the set prices. For more information, please contact the reception;
- throw toilet paper and other objects into the toilet. A toilet blockage is fined US $ 50;
- bring own spirits and food to the pool and pool bar;
- It is strictly forbidden to use the pool after hours from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM, entering the water during cleaning and disinfection procedures is strictly prohibited.
4. Residents are required to:
- turn off taps, lights and electrical appliances, close windows when leaving the room;
- strictly observe fire safety rules;
- indemnify in case of loss, damage, or damage to hotel property. The damage caused is assessed according to the Act on Damage to Property
- take care of children arrived with. Do not leave children alone in playgrounds, by the pool, and in the beach area;
- be responsible for the actions of invited guests;
- timely and fully pay for all services provided by the hotel;
- upon the expiration of the established period of residence, vacate the room, hand over the key and the car pass to the administrator of the accommodation service;
- if the Guest has not vacated the room, has not extended his stay, and is absent without the possibility of contacting him, the hotel administration has the right to make an inventory of his property in the room and to vacate the room. Forgotten and abandoned items are stored for 3 months. If it was not possible to contact the owner, then the property is sent to charity.
- to provide access to the room for the hotel employees' during your stay, for cleaning and changing bed linen.
- inform the hotel in case of a malfunction of appliances, furniture, and lighting.
- the hotel administration is not responsible for valuables left in a closed safe;
- a guest who finds a loss, shortage or damage to his valuables, immediately declares this to the reception and accommodation service;
- in case of non-compliance with the above rules, the administration has the right to prematurely evict the Guest. Perpetrators may be held administratively liable.
Consent to the processing of personal data.
I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the Tropical Casa Laguna Hotel. The consent involves my full name, gender, date of birth, ethnicity, identification document (series, number, date, and place of issue), as well as a credit card (number, validity period) in order to make payments for accommodation in accordance with the reservation. I consent to the use of personal data solely for the purpose of confirming the reservation, check-in at the hotel, payment for accommodation and other services of the Tropical Casa Laguna Hotel, as well as the storage of all the above data on electronic media. I hereby agree to the collection, storage, and systematization of my personal data in order to receive new offers and notifications about Hotel Tropical Casa Laguna. The hotel guarantees the safety and non-disclosure of personal data!

Payment Policy

The guest will be charged the deposit of 100% of the total price after reservation. During Check-In required full payment of accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel in the period 30 days before arrival.
Paid deposit is not refundable, regardless of the booking period.
Tax, Fee & Service: Room Charges don't include tax. The Grand total price of accommodation include 18% tax.
