Política de cancelación 7 días de anticipación se le extenderá un crédito por un año por la cantidad que pago.
En caso de que tenga que retirarse del hotel antes que termine su estancia, se considera como cancelación y no se aplica reembolso.
Si reduce el número de huéspedes o de noches en su reservación pre pagada no se aplica reembolso

Cancellation policy 7 days in advance a credit will be extended for one year for the amount paid.
In the event that you have to leave the hotel before the end of your stay, it is considered as cancellation and no refund is applied.
If you reduce the number of guests or nights in your prepaid reservation, no refund is applied

Se admiten mascotas en todo el hotel menos en el restaurante, pagando $400 pesos por mascota
Pets are allowed throughout the hotel except in the restaurant ,they pay $ 400 pesos per night per each pet

No se permite la entrada de niños sin la supervisión de un adulto a la alberca
Children are not allowed to enter the pool without adult supervision.

No contamos con salvavidas por lo que los huéspedes entran al mar y a la alberca bajo su propio riesgo
We do not have lifeguards so guests enter the sea and the pool at their own risk

No se permite cocinar dentro o fuera de las habitaciones, ni el uso de asadores dentro del hotel
It is not allowed to cook inside or outside the rooms, or the use of grills in the hotel,
