The Martin Mason Hotel is located in the historic downtown area of Deadwood, South Dakota, only steps from everything Deadwood has to offer from gaming, dining, and entertainment. Experience the authentic Deadwood in our historically restored 1893 Victorian rooms. The Martin & Mason is the home of Deadwood's best breakfast at the Lee Street Station, on our first floor. Until further notice we are implementing extra safety measures due to COVID19. Extra cleaning of common areas and rooms at an increased frequency. Please be patient due to our staff shortages during this time.

Terms & Conditions
1) SMOKING AND/OR PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. THERE WILL BE A $350 PER NIGHT ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY.
2) THE ELEVATOR IS EQUIPPED WITH A SEISMIC TRIP SWITCH PER FEDERAL LAW. BOUNCING OR HORSEPLAY CAN TRIP THIS SWITCH AND RENDER THE ELEVATOR INOPERABLE UNTIL SERVICE FROM RAPID CITY ARRIVES TO REMOVE THE PASSENGERS FROM THE CAB. GUESTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $500 UP TO ACTUAL REPAIR CHARGES IN THE EVENT THIS OCCURS.
3) ONLY REGISTER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN HOTEL ROOMS WITHOUT THE EXPRESS CONSENT OF MANAGEMENT AND ANY AND ALL UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO LEAVE BY 10:00 PM. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE AUTHORIZED AND MUST SLEEP IN EXISTING BEDS. ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 PER NIGHT PER GUEST ADDITIONAL CHARGE. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ACCESS TO THE ROOMS OR HOTEL BY ANYONE.
4) CHECK OUT TIME IN 11:00 AM AND CHECK IN TIME IS 3:00 PM 5) THERE WILL BE A $25 PER KEY CHARGE ASSESSED FOR KEYS NOT RETURNED.
6) A COPY OF A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED AT CHECK IN.
7) YOUR SIGNATURE BELOW MAKES YOU RESPONSIBLE AND AUTHORIZES THE MARTIN MASON HOTEL TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ALL ROOM CHARGES, PENALTIES, FEES, AND INCIDENTALS NOT PAID BY OTHER MEANS.

Payment Policy
One night deposit at time of booking may be taken. Final payment will be taken at check in.
Special Event bookings may have minimum stays and 50% deposits at the time of booking.
August dates of Sturgis Rally and Kool Deadwood Nites require full non-refundable payments at the time of booking, depending on the date reserved. Signed contracts are required.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled by 3 p.m. MT 72 hours prior to the arrival date may be charged a $25 fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date will be billed one nights stay.
