Pine Valley Cabins offer 9 rustic cabins set among pine trees in a peaceful setting in the New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest. Our cabins are perfect for families or couples. We are the smart lodging choice for a get away without the confines of a hotel or motel.
We offer one or two bedroom cabins all with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi and cable TV not always guaranteed being in a mountain valley location. We are well situated for all of the White Mountain attractions! NOTE, no bath towels are provided at Pine Valley Cabins.
No additional types of beds i.e. blow up beds air mattresses are allowed in the cabins. If any such item seen in cabins other than the bed's or bed we provide you will have your stay terminated and no refund given. Our property is a narcotic free property , No taking of any drugs or the storage of any drugs in the cabins. Any cabin that smells of weed the registered guest to that said cabin will be charged $250 and reservation cancelled with no refund.
A 3.3% credit card fee is added to your cabin price total at time of payment. this 3.3% does not show on your cabin price invoice it is separate from our booking system.

Smoking:
We are a narcotic free property no smoking what so ever on our property including outside. If you have drugs keep them in your vehicle, any odor of narcotics in the cabins will be verified by local Police department and also subject to the $250 charge and termination of your stay without refund also smoking of anything is not permitted in the cabins. A $250 charge will result from smoking in the cabins. ---------------------------------------------
We are sorry but we do not accept any animals at Pine Valley Cabins. An extra cleaning charge will be applied for any pets in the cabins. plus termination of your stay with no refund given.
Rates:
Rates vary based on cabin size and time of year
Rates do not include the 8.5% New Hampshire lodging tax and a 3.3% surcharge for all cards taken at time of payment.
This surcharge is not shown on your booking confirmation price as it is not connected to our booking system only our card payment machine system. A receipt for full total is given at check in.
Cabin descriptions outline the number of adults and number of children that can be accommodated at one time.
Multiple cabin bookings
The person who makes the reservation is responsible for the ENTIRE reservation including any damages that might occur. Payment is to be made by the person who is named on the reservation. If more than 2 cabins are reserved as a group we do require 7 days cancellation.
Deposits:
A credit card number or one night deposit is required to secure your reservation. A valid credit card must be provided at check-in. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. If you do not have a valid credit card we will unfortunately not be able to accept your booking. If agreed to prior to your arrival a $250 cash deposit may be required on arrival. A 3% service charge is applied to final amount at time of payment.
Check-in:
Check in is from 2pm until 8pm. If you will be arriving after 8pm please let us know.
Check-out:
Check-out time is 10:00 am.
There will be no refunds for early departures . My
NO LATE CHECKOUTS.
Damages:
Guests are responsible for missing items and damages to the property during their stay. Your credit card will be charged for damages or missing items.
Cabin should be left in a reasonable condition. There will be a cleaning charge if the cabin is left so dirty that it requires extra cleaning.
Children:
Pine Valley Cabins is a great place for children of all ages. For their safety, we do require that they be supervised at all times.
Facilities:
Pine Valley Cabins facilities are strictly only for Pine Valley customers. We do not permit visitors of guests. We are also a drug free site so no narcotics to be housed in the cabins. Any sign or smell of drugs and you will be charged $250 cabin closure fee.
Payment Policy
A credit card number guarantees your reservation. The full balance will be charged up to 48 hours before your arrival. There is no refund for cancellation after your window of free cancellation has passed which is by 2pm two days before your arrival.
No allowance or refund will be made for a late check in or an early check out.
A 3.3% card surcharge is added to your final bill at time of payment. This charge is not shown on your booking invoice as it is not connected to the booking sites. A receipt of the full total is given at check in
Cancellation Policy
From May 1 until December 15th should you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your arrival there will be no charge we will refund your deposit if a deposit was taken. Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notification, up to the total amount of your reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
From January 1 to February 28 our winter cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. Should you cancel more than 72 hours before arrival there will be no charge, we will refund your deposit if a deposit was taken. Should you cancel with less than 72 hours notification, up to the total amount of your reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For holidays and special events including, Bike week, Boogie and Blues, the Highland Games, Christmas week and all public holiday weekends 7 days cancellation notice is required. At these times should you cancel with less than 7 days notification up to the total amount of your reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No show policy: if you do not show the total price of your reservation will be charged. No refund for no shows.
