Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Reno Motel. Listed below are the motel policies and procedures, please read them carefully.
By booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by all our Motel policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is any time after 3 PM. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 10 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed. Charges will be applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All room reservations have a 48-hr cancellation policy. Any changes and cancellations must be made 48-hrs prior 3:00 pm (PST) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 48-hr period will be marked as a no show and will incur one night’s room and tax charge to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for cancelations after check in.

SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking is aloud in outdoor areas only. Smoking is prohibited in rooms at all times. If smoking has taken place in the rooms a fine of $300.00 will be applied.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.

NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the Motel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the property immediately.

Payment Policy

Payment and pre-authorization will be processed on day of arrival. For in person bookings, payment in full is due on check in.
When credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.
Accepted Payment Types: Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express

A deposit of one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking for all reservations. For stays over 2 weeks the deposit amount is $300.

If determined that damages have taken place at the motel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization or charge the card on file. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Motel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is $50.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit requirements are confirmed at the time of booking. If a cancellation occurs outside 48 hours prior to arrival, no penalties apply and the deposit is fully refunded. If a cancellation occurs inside 48 hours prior to arrival, 1st night’s room and tax will apply as a penalty. A cancellation number is provided at the time of notification, confirming the cancellation. No Refunds for reservations after check in. Cancellation policy is subject to change and may be extended for special events.
