Please supply a contact number for your host and an estimated arrival time at the complex. Please note we do not accept bookings for HEN/STAG parties.

CHECK IN
The manager will be in contact with you prior to your arrival date with all your check in details.
PLEASE NOTE: check-in after 6:00pm is only available by prior arrangement and may result in a late check-in fee
We cannot guarantee that a late check-in can be facilitated, however we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Failure to notify us of a late check-in may result in your booking being cancelled.

NO SMOKING
Town Square Holiday Homes are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Should anyone smoke in your home during your stay, an additional charge WILL be applied to your account for the cost of purification. We hope you will respect the fact that many individuals today have severe allergies. Thank you for your cooperation.

CHECK OUT TIME
Our check out time is strictly 10 am. We do not have a late check out facility.
Please note, this is a strict policy. Failure to comply with the 10:00am checkout time will result in a late check out fee. On Day of Departure , the house must be left in an acceptable way, all rubbish to be removed and dishwasher loaded and turned on. If house is left in an unacceptable manner , there is an extra cleaning charge.

CARPARK FACILTIES
There is 1 allocated carpark space per house. Additional parking is available on street outside complex. Please supply car registration details to reserve the car park space. If you are renting a car , you can supply the car details on day of arrival .

Payment Policy

Please contact property manager to discuss which option suits you best .The deposit is non refundable and balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival .

Cancellation Policy

3 – 6 weeks 60%
2 – 3 weeks 90%
2 weeks and under 100%

Guests are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover any costs associated with unplanned cancellations.
