GUEST CONTACT PHONE NUMBER
Please supply a contact number for your host and an estimated arrival time at the complex. Please note we do not accept bookings for HEN/STAG parties.

CHECK IN
The manager will be in contact with you prior to your arrival date with all your check in details. It is self check in and there is no onsite reception. There is no facility to pay at the property.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please note that SUB LETTING of the premises is strictly forbidden and illegal . For insurance purposes only the number of guests that the holiday homes sleeps can be accommodated . The houses are in self catering basis, linen , towels a starter pack of supplies included in your stay . There is an extra charge for additional linen and towels if required . There is a NO Pet Policy in the complex.

NO SMOKING
Town Square Holiday Homes are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Should anyone smoke in the holiday home during your stay, an additional charge WILL be applied to your account for the cost of purification. We hope you will respect the fact that many individuals today have severe allergies. Thank you for your cooperation.

CHECK OUT TIME
Our check out time is strictly 10 am. We do not have a late check out facility.
Please note, this is a strict policy. Failure to comply with the 10:00am checkout time will result in a late check out fee. On Day of Departure , the house must be left in an acceptable way, all rubbish to be removed and dishwasher loaded and turned on. If house is left in an unacceptable manner , there is an extra cleaning charge.

CARPARK FACILTIES
There is 1 allocated carpark space per house. Additional parking is available on street outside complex. Please supply car registration details to reserve the car park space. If you are renting a car , you can supply the car details on day of arrival .
